About

Great people deserve great systems. I build both.

I am a talent executive based in Birmingham, Alabama, working with clients coast to coast. Today I serve as Vice President of Technical Recruiting at AMS Staffing, leading searches and recruiting strategy for companies across healthcare, technology, legal, finance, and operations, from individual contributors to the executive suite.

Before AMS, I spent five years with The Ōnin Group, where I rose from technical recruiter to Division Recruiting Manager and helped rebuild Focus IT Staffing from a struggling subsidiary into a profitable firm with eight-figure revenue.

I have also been a founder. I built and sold a beef supply business in Missouri, then spent two years apprenticing with entrepreneurs across the Southeast in manufacturing, property management, retail, financial services, and hospitality. That operator's education still shapes how I advise: practical, direct, and focused on what actually moves the business.

Away from work, I am a father of four.
